Amy Gibbs is a very experienced Occupational Therapist, with 18years' experience. This includes specialising in equipment; assistive technology; moving and handling assessments with support of risk assessments and care planning; minor and major adaptations; and rehousing. Working with all client groups, including complex needs; to promote and enable independence, improve wellbeing, and increase safety. She has worked closely with: local authorities, housing associations, charities, architects, builders, NHS, wide range of private companies, care providers, families and the client to provide a holistic approach. Amy offers client-centred assessments with comprehensive functional needs reports included with detailed recommendations to support increased independence. The completion of risk assessments; individualised goal planning and treatment programmes; assistance to source appropriate equipment and wider services; support, practical advice and strategies can be undertaken where required.
