I’ve working in healthcare for 20 years. I trained in Occupational Therapy at St Loye’s School in Exeter graduating in 2008. I’ve practised Occupational Therapy for 15 years within the NHS and a wide range of settings.
I offer secure video call and/or telephone support for convenience and to people nationally.
I love facilitating in-person groups in Rutland and surrounding areas. Supporting each other is when real breakthroughs happen.
Are you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unable to function in your day-to-day life? I’m here to truly listen and turn your goals into manageable daily habits to improve your health and wellbeing.
There are many ways I can help, whether that is introducing you to the support available to you or your loved one within your local area, healing from trauma, sleeping better, living a life beyond chronic pain and fatigue, managing stress, being more physically and mentally active, reducing your self-harm, managing your emotions, understanding your sensory profile, exploring aids and adaptations to your environment such as the use of noise cancelling headphones or needing a shower chair, supporting your relative with dementia in their activities, learning how to slow down and rediscover the joy in life.
If you would like to know more, please call.
I also provide staff wellbeing services, supervision and organised peer support to other OT’s and wellbeing practitioners.
