OT33 Occupational Therapy Service Ltd.

I qualified as an occupational therapist in 2006 and completed a 2 year OT rotation in hospital, rehab and community settings. I am a specialist housing & equipment occupational therapist and worked in social services for many years gaining clinical experience with adults with physical and neurological conditions, assisting them to create environments that are safe and functional. This has given me the foundation to work as a private OT to provide OT assessment's and recommendations for long term housing adaptations including the DFG process, equipment and moving and handling assessments. I also am a qualified Moving and Handling trainer I have completed my level 4 EDGE training and can complete risk assessments, moving and handling instructions and deliver theory and practical training for both adults and children.
